RESUME

La clinique d’adolescents antisociaux permet de proposer une première hypothèse concernant les figures de la culpabilité inconsciente. La désorganisation topique, caractérisée par l’absence d’un sentiment conscient de culpabilité, se manifeste dans l’effacement du Surmoi au profit d’une compulsion à mettre en acte la destructivité. La Tendance antisociale (Winnicott) met en perspective une théorie de la destructivité et la sexualité infantile, réinterprétation subjective de l’investissement objectal. Elle invite à explorer les fondements de la culpabilité en référence à l’expérience primaire du lien. L’absence de transformation symbolisante des mouvements pulsionnels par l’objet, comme butée organisatrice au travail de la pulsion, installe par retournement un noyau de culpabilité pré-ambivalent contre-investi massivement. La position de dépendance du Moi décrite par Freud dès 1895, permet de penser une organisation originaire de la culpabilité intrinsèque au fonctionnement psychique régi par le principe du plaisir, à distinguer d’une culpabilité primaire liée à une défaillance du pare-excitation interne, dont le premier représentant est l’objet situé à l’extérieur. Les manifestations de la culpabilité inconsciente se regroupent sous deux registres se rattachant soit au masochisme érogène originaire organisateur de la vie psychique entretenant l’automatisme de répétition, soit au masochisme primaire alimentant une compulsion à la répétition : en ce sens elle est un désorganisateur de la subjectivité.

Figures of subconscious guilt – Psychic organiser/disorganiser of conditions of subjective appropriation of the Ego’s utterances

The clinic for anti-social adolescents allows us to offer a first hypothesis concerning the figures of subconscious guilt. Topographic disorganisation, characterised by the absence of a conscious sense of guilt, manifests itself in the eradication of the Superego resulting in a compulsion towards destructiveness. Winnicott’s Antisocial Tendency puts a theory of destructivity and infantile sexuality into perspective, a subjective reinterpretation of object cathexis. It offers an exploration of the foundations of guilt, referring to the primary experience of the bond. The absence of symbolising transformation of driven movements by the object, serving as an organising framework for the activity of the urge, forms in return a pre-ambivalent nucleus of guilt, which is heavily countercathected. The position of dependence on the Ego, described by Freud by 1895, allows us to reflect on an inherent intrinsic organisation of guilt in the psychic activity governed by the principle of pleasure. This is to be distinguished from a primary guilt linked to a failure of the internal protective shield against stimuli, of which the first indication is the exterior object. Manifestations of subconscious guilt can be divided into two groups, attaching themselves either to original erotogenic masochism, the organiser of psychic life maintaining repetition automatism, or to primary masochism, fostering a compulsion to repeat. In this sense, it is a disorganiser of subjectivity.
