Ce travail contribue à une lecture sémiotique du livre de l’Apocalypse, qui est l’un des textes bibliques les plus argumentés. On reconnaît l’importance du Ch. 12, dont la particularité narrative et le jeu des figures conduisent au parcours figuratif de la Femme dans l’ensemble de l’Apocalypse. Dans le champ des études bibliques, il s’agit de renouveler la lecture et l’interprétation. Dans la sémiotique, il s’agit enfin d’exploiter certains aspects nouveaux en fonction de la particularité des textes bibliques.

This workcontributesto a semiotic reading of the book of Revelation, which is one of the most disputed biblical texts.We recognizethe importance of the chapter 12, its narrative particularity and the significance of its figures whicheventually lead to the figurative journey of the Woman in the whole of the Revelation.In the field of the biblical studies, it is a matter of renewal of the reading and of the interpretation of the text.In the semiotic then, it is a question of exploring certain new aspects which function in accordance with the particularity of the biblical texts.
