Si la démence se présente comme la maladie du lien, l'approche psychothérapeutique, ici en questionnement, concerne la problématique du sujet dément. L'approche par la groupalité est une manière de restituer au patient une place et un temps pour se ré-approprier ce qu'il ne peut pas élaborer seul. La méthodologie est celle de l'observation clinique avec le support de vidéo et d'observateurs. La qualité de la relation dans le cadre psychothérapeutique détermine la création du lien comme création de soi, et enrichit la capacité d'être seul en présence de quelqu'un. Ce quelqu'un a la fonction d'écoute maternelle. J'ai supposé également que "la mémoire revient en présence de quelqu'un" en m'appuyant sur l'idée que la mémoire se constitue aussi en présence de quelqu'un. Le patient nous invite à être au RDV de la rencontre. Un travail de co-lecture s'engage: cela signifie une lecture de la rétrospective de vie, de l'histoire de vie et d'autre part un travail de reliure de ce qui fait retour auto-destructeur car la confrontation entre soi et son image est "mortifère." L'orientation de mon travail m'a conduit vers la question des rapports aux miroirs qui participent à la construction individuelle, et dans la démence à la question de "l'anté-miroir". |

If dementia appears as the disease of the link, the psychotherapeutic approach, at stake here, concerns the problems of the demented subject. Relying on the idea that memory is also established in the presence of someone, I also supposed that memory is brought back in the presence of someone. The patient invites to the present at the meeting. A work of co-reading is engaged. It means on one hand, a reading of the review of life and the history of life; how this link has been tied up and built up? And on the other hand a work of linking up what makes self-destructive return because confrontation between the self and its image is "mortifying". The orientation of my work led to the connections with the mirror's matter which contribute to the individual construction, and the matter of the "ante-mirror". |
