Trois populations différentes, parias hugoliens et déportés des camps de concentration, ou précaires et errants, adultes et enfant, rencontrés dans notre pratique, vont être le support de ce travail. Nous examinerons chaque groupe, pour en voir les points de similitude et de dissemblance; il s'agira de mettre en évidence la fonction psychique de l'indéterminé, chez les précaires et les errants actuels, en particulier. Nous observerons le type de liens mis en place par les sujets, caractérisé par sa nature volatile, informelle et sécable, que nous identifions par la notion de "relation d'amarrage". Nous voulons montrer que celle-ci est une modalité de survie pour les personnes précocement blessées dans leur appétence aux liens; elle leur permettrait de se dégager de la trace de l'empiétement naguère subi, par défaillance de la cohérence des soins primaires, autant que par un traumatisme identifié. Si elle est supportée par l'objet actuel dans sa précarité, son inintelligibilité, voire sa paradoxalité, elle pourrait –c'est en tout cas l'hypothèse de cette recherche -, amener à une reprise des processus de structuration topique; car ceux-ci ont été suspendus, dans l'histoire du sujet, par l'imprédictibilité des soins précoces, sans pour autant être irrémédiablement anéantis. Nous ferons largement référence aux travaux de D. W. Winnicott, autour de la fonction de l'objet, primaire ou actuel. Une grande partie du travail s'étaiera également sur la thématique de la clinique psychosociale; les notions de contrat narcissique et d'objets sociaux seront usitées pour tenter de donner sens à la survivance de l'appétence au lien actuel, dont témoignent les errants.Nous pensons important d'interroger la question de l'informel dans la thérapie, en ce sens qu'il ne correspond pas à la définition d'un lien transférentiel, mais se situe largement en amont d'une relation de cette nature. Nous insisterons sur l'importance de la sensorialité comme baume contre la réactualisation de l'empiétement. La question de la narrativité sera explorée, en tant qu'elle remet en route la temporalité, en rapport avec l'idée de poétisation. |

Three different populations -V. Hugo's outcasts, concentration camp deportees and wandering and insecure, both adults and child – were meeting in our clinical experience, and will be the medium of this work. We will examine each group in order to find points of similarity and difference in the issues they face and thus prove the psychological function of the « indeterminate » particulalry among actual wande and inse persons.We will observe the types of ties formed by the subjects, characterised by their volatile, informal and divisible nature, which we will identify according to the notion of a « mooring relationship ». We wish to show that this is a mode of survival for people wounded early in life ; it allows them to free themselves from former encroachement, proceeding from a weakness in coherent primary care as much as from a real traumatism. If this type of relationship is carried out by the present object in its precarious, unintelligible and paradoxical form, it could – as in the hypothesis of this present study – lead to a reprisal of the process; as these were suspended, in the subject's past, by the unpredictable nature of their primary care, without being destroyed.We will refer largely to the work of D.W WINNICOTT concerning the function of the object, as primary or secondary. A great deal of the work will depend equally on the thematic of the « psychosocial clinic », the notions of narcissistic contract and of social objects will be used to explain the survival, amongst wandering persons, of a penchant for actual ties. We find it important to interrogate the question of the « informal » in therapy, in the sense that it does not correspond to the definition of a transferential link, but is situated largely prior to a relationship of this nature.We will insist upon the importance of sensoriality as a comfort against the return of encroachement. Finally, we will examine the question of narrativity, as a process of restoring temporality, connecting wtih the poetic prospect. |
